A judge has issued an arrest warrant for footballer Clinton Portis over unpaid child support

Unpaid child support in America is a very real issue and in most places can lead to severe punishment. For former baller Clinton Portis, er, it is turning out to be just that following reports of a warrant issued for his arrest. The case reportedly stems from the birth of his child in 2015 but he hasn’t actually paid a dime since that time. Previously published court records show that he is supposed to actually be making roughly $1.9k a month in child support payments. But hasn’t paid a single dime. A report (link here) actually first discovered the warrant and the extensive $147.3k in back support payments that he actually owes to the mother of his child and the court. It is unclear why he hasn’t made payments other than likely being a deadbeat Dad.

America is flirting with the idea of taxing you per mile when you drive your car

Tucked deep within the massive infrastructure bill laid out today in Washington is a point some may have missed. According to the pages of the legislation, a $125M pilot program essentially meant to tax Americans per mile driven made its way into the bill. This means that transpo secretary Pete Buttieg now has the ability to aware grants and monies to entities that help create the programs. Drivers in all 50 states including the likes of Puerto Rico and so on would be lawfully required to be registered in the program per text from the bill. Buttieg notably claimed in March that such would not happen although it appears the administration has gone back on its word. The present bill in its trillion dollar capacity is headed to the House of Representatives for a full vote.

Appeals ruling means CDC can and likely will enforce mask rules on cruise ships

A federal appeals ruling pretty much now means that masks will be required aboard cruise ships. According to a new ruling by a federal judge, they've decided that the decision in the case trying to stop the mandate aboard ships must stay. t This comes as parts of the world are set to reopen and when the industry itself is hoping for a major bounceback. In other cruise ship news, the world's probably most expensive world cruise is set to set sail in 2024. Of course the tickets aren't for the fate-of-heart, or, the fact that people would be gone for roughly 130+ days circling the globe.

Delta passengers found themselves playing air marshal, it isn’t the first time as of late: Watch

Dangerous situations are unfolding across airlines nationwide and now people are wondering rightfully so if it is safe to fly. According to reports, a Delta passenger apparently tried to storm the front of the plane demanding that the door be opened midflight (which is generally scientifically impossible unless you are like Hercules strong.) According to authorities, a Delta flight from Los Angeles to Atlanta found itself docking in Oklahoma City against the backdrop of an unruly passenger who tried to essentially takeover the plane. Witnesses aboard the flight — who were quick to take to social media — shared videos that appeared to show a man threatening to open the cockpit door among other terroristic like threats. https://twitter.com/alifuckingburns/status/14035713308727459...

Sparking backlash online — gov’t says airlines can turn away emotional support animals

A little publicized rule change takes effect in 30 days and it has created quite the stir online. On Wednesday, it was ruled that airlines can now demand that non- dog service animals must be put into the cargo area and fees must be paid on airlines. The move goes even further to note that airlines are now permitted to flat out tell customers pay up or send your animals home. For those who have realized the rule change — the pushback has been swift. More Americans than ever before have various types of emotional support animals that are quite literally part of their travel journeys. The move doesn’t fully disqualify other animals from getting aboard, however, if the airline says so they won’t be able to board as a service animal and for free. According to reports, airlines have lo...

Records surface in case of Onlyfans performer accused of criminal HIV exposure

Following the publication of our initial report last night on the case of an Onlyfans performer arrested in Tennessee for criminal HIV exposure — more information has since surfaced. On Thursday evening, an arrest affadavit complaint surfaced online confirming some of the allegations made against Brandon Duncan (aka @Md_1Smile.) A Twitter user posted this affadavit online confirming the allegations made against Duncan. The affdavit shows that Duncan not only appears to have known what he was doing, however, also appears to have known as far back as 2013. This goes against many of the claims on social media that the encounters may have been consensual with his performative partners. In the same affadavit, Duncan appears to have signed the document acknowleding what he had did a...

Some of these investigations have been conducted undercover, others, have been conducted in the presence of those who know we are in fact journalists. Pornhub for several years has been accused of aiding and abetting human trafficking; rape, abuse, illicit videos, stolen content, and quite literally instances of missing women turning up on the platform raped for the world to see. Some of the video’s on the world’s most trafficked adult website are in fact of consenting adults in depictions of otherwise fairly bizarre sexual acts. A quick search on the site turned up everything from stealthing; to taking the condom off, rough abuse, barely legal teenagers (a hot button issue for ...
