In that case, it has been determined that Guiliani did defame the two women Ruby Freeman and Shaye Mossin in an effort to discredit the election.
With growing legal issues and reported financial woes, it remains unclear how he intends to fund his continued legal troubles and mounting fines.
In the next phase, a damages trial is coming where it is expected the pair will present their case to prove he was doing so to enrich himself.
