Former Disney Channel star Mitchell Musso perhaps best known for his role on Hannah Montana is in trouble in Texas.
According to Rockwell County police records, Musso was arrested this evening on charges of public intoxication and theft. Police noted in their reports that Musso was belligerent upon arriving at a food market where he was accused of stealing a product.
Musso was later arrested at his hotel where police learned that he actually had numerous outstanding traffic warrants in his name.
Musso is unironically the latest in a dramatic long line of former Disney stars who have struggled with the law.
His charges per records are public intoxication, petty theft (under $100), expired resignation, failure to display a driver’s license, an violating a promise to appear notice from the incident.
