Rep George Santos has entered a plea in the federal case against the notorious liar. According to NBC, Santos has plead not guilty to both the fraud charges and identity theft charges stemming from his alleged years long scheme.
Disgraced Rep George Santos has entered a plea in the wide ranging federal case against him. On Friday, Santos formally entered a not guilty plea in a Central Islip court. It is one of many cases and allegations presently against the embattled Republican.
The development in the case comes less than a day after his colleagues in New York, from his own party, formally began the process to expel him from Congress but they need the votes.
