Biden ‘s massive COVID-19 relief bill has all but passed but it hasn’t come without quite a few concessions to Republicans. According to reports, the income level threshold to receive a check for individuals entirely will now cap at $80k. Under the previous bill, individuals earning anything more than $80k would receive only partial payments.

The amount doesn’t change as it will remain $1,400 but the threshold in fact does.

That will not apply under the Biden Administration.

Families earning more than $160,000 would be entirely cut off as would individuals up to $80k for themselves. The bill is expected to be taken up this week.
