CA has made the necessary reported steps to reportedly forge a task force officials want to research and determine how and when African Americans may be paid reparations.
According to the state, right now it is a general study expected to churn out results and ideas by next summer. A number of states have followed similar paths, however, they’re now doing such amid the backdrop of white supremacy in America.
