Kansas voters have won again. According to the results of a recount, the resounding vote in the state to keep abortion rights enshrined into the constitution must stay on the books. Despite right-wing led efforts to have the vote overturned the hopes fell short as officials found less than 35 changed votes during the recount the AP reports.
