Manhattan has had a string of bad drivers lately. In the case of Kyle Fernandez, 20, prosecutors say he was already staring down the barrel of the law when the 1 August crash happened.
Prosecutors are moving for some pretty serious charges against Fernandez, 20, the infamous youngster who was driving a stolen Merdedes back in August. Fernandes at the time had went on a wild police chase in Midtown before clamoring 7 people resulting in serious injuries.
In the last instance, Fernandez had posted a paltry $7,500 bail on charges of second-degree assault, robbery and criminal mischief for a Jan. 16 incident involving a woman he attacked.
