Vanessa Bryant has won the right to get the names of the four Los Angeles deputies breaching almost every possible means of conduct. That conduct being the fact that they helped published four stolen photographs of the crash scene that killed Kobe Bryant.
A judge in Los Angeles has now ruled against the police department and internal affairs demanding that the information for the four be turned over to Bryant. Bryant is suing the county along with internal affairs over the unlawful leak of the photographs. US District Judge John F. Walter, ultimately ruled in Bryant ‘s favour.
The county though can appeal the decision though it is unclear how much time they may have.
