If Republicans who want America to go even further right get their way there could soon be a third party on the way. According to a new Gallup poll, a lot of Republicans and even others appear to want a third political party.
Though a third political party in the United States would deeply throw the political and societal fabric of the US into further disarray. The same poll notes that a large number of polled Republicans apparently want the party to go further right, ehum, presumably back to 1947.
Interestingly, that is the highest number (62%) that it has ever been in such a poll since Gallup started asking the question dating back to 2003. A paltry 23% of Republican voters would like that third party to become more moderate while the rest would like it to stay the same.
