As the election nears and a record number of Americans ready their mail-in ballots — many are wondering in fact just how screwed up Louis DeJoy really is. According to a new report published on Monday, DeJoy in fact managed to screw up the mail quite a bit to the point on-time rates in certain cities fell by 30% or more.
According to the Guardian, in cities Baltimore and places like Northern Ohio delivery rates swiftly fell from 95% or so to barely 60% only after DeJoy took power. In fact, the fall only occurred after he implemented changes; and then suspended them amid outcry, and then failed to address them after the outcry.
