As widely expected the GOP has blocked the Democratic-led bill meant to improve voting rights in the United States. Rights that GOPers deny that are “under attack” but repeatedly make it even more difficult to actually vote. The GOP widely rejects the bill on grounds that they falsely say will allow illegal migrants to vote (illegal meaning non U.S citizens nothing more.)
According to the New York Times, all 50 Democrats voted in favour of the bill including asinine Congressman Joe Manchin who is understood to be considering leaving the Dems all together over his radical demands in regards to spending.
