36 years after his initial arrest and imprisonment Oregon is about to free a notorious man known as the “Jogger Rapist.” Richard Gillmore was jailed in 1986 after admitting to raping 9 young women but due to the statute of limitations at the time was actually only convicted in one of the cases. He would go on to spend 36 years behind bars and is set to reportedly be freed in mid-December.
