The Lowdown
A sick and twisted pervert who raped a dead man aboard an R train has been identified. According to a case in the Manhattan Criminal Court system, Felix Rojas, 44, has been arrested and charged with the sexual assault and robbery of a man aboard said R train near Whitehall Street on 8 April shortly after 11pm.
During his arraignment, prosecutors revealed new details about the attack and how Rojas ‘stopped’ in between stations to avoid being seen assaulting the deceased Jorge Gonzalez who was all but 37. Prosecutors told a shocked court that Rojas before he robbed Gonzalez a second time noticed he was dead and motionless in between the crimes.
Gonzalez died after losing consciousness on a bench inside the train. The heinous act was all caught on tape and is expected to be used against Rojas in court.
