Disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein is once again back in the hospital. According to reports, he II’s expected to sue NYC.

The Post reports that Weinstein who was diagnosed with cancer last month claims that he has been refused care. Those named in the suit include NYC’s Health and Hospital and Bellevue Hospital.
