Whitehead who previously went to prison for identity theft is headed to prison again for fraud and theft this time over extortion and a woman losing her retirement fund.
The Lowdown
According to reports, Whitehead was sentenced to nine years in prison on Monday for an array of crimes including extortion; theft, and well not outrunning his past. His latest run-in with the law includes stealing a woman’s retirement fund; extorting an autobody shop owner, and fraud after a wild case that revealed he was never what he seemed to be in the first place.
Back in March, Whitehead was convicted in the case after a woman Pauline Anderson turned up with a missing retirement fund after trusting Whitehead. Bazaar Daily New York reports that the pair had an agreement after Whitehead claimed he found a home he could purchase and fix up for her — except only that wasn’t the case and instead ninety-thousand-dollars of her monies were spent on luxe purchases and car payments.
