Fox News cold day in court is finally here. On Monday, the right wing network probably most famous for its dishonesty will see itself fend off allegations of defamation.
Allegations of course brought against Fox News by Dominion Voting Systems — the company Fox claimed was in bed with the Democrats and helped them steal an orderly election. The jury in the case is largely tasked with determining if Fox News acted not only with malice but in a defamatory manner.
The judge in the case has largely so far ruled in favor of Dominion. Multiple major Fox News personalities including Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson are expected to testify.
Over the weekend, the network saw its lawyers sanctioned by Judge Eric Davis for falsely misrepresenting just how involved Rupert Murdoch actually was at Fox.
