Two more Americans have died following the discovery that a brand of eye drops appears to be contaminated. According to reports, two more folks have died following the use of preservative-free EzriCare Artificial Tears. CDC officials discovered back in January that the eye drops in question appear to cause Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
