Russia is prepared to quqite literally bankrupt its country in hopes to continue to fund its war in Ukraine despite it being internationally illegal in the first place. According to reports, Vladamir Putin has signed new legislation that will use an extraordinary sum of the country’s total budget for its defence in Ukraine.
