Jan 6th rioter who said the attack was “magical” has been acquitted by the judge in the case

New developments in the 6th of January attacks on the U.S Capitol. According to reports, U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden acquitted Matthew Martin on misdemeanor charges of entering the Capitol on that now infamous day.

His charges included: entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building, violent entry and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building. He is not actually charged or accused of actually having engaged in any violent behavior.
