Fraudster Elizabeth Holmes has been found guilty on at least 4 of the 11 federal charges against her

Setting the stage for the probability of Holmes serving more than 20 years behind bars for her crimes at a later date. According to reports, the jury in the case initially had a partial deadlock on a number of the charges but eventually came back with a guilty verdict for at least 4 of them.

Holmes now faces upwards of more than 20 years in prison following being found guilty of intentionally trying to mislead investors and those who had invested in her company. For those who didn’t follow the case, Holmes is the then founder of Theranos the fake blood testing company that promised to revolutionize the healthcare sector when it came to blood pricking.

She also faces upwards of $250,000 in fines plus restitution to her victims.
