Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul is now Governor Hochul. Just past midnight, Hochul was formally sworn in as NY ‘s new Governor becoming the 57th person to do so. Hochul has acquited a problematic governors mansion —- probably and understood to be riddled with Cuomo ‘s remaining political drama.
