Disgraced Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York State is poised to resign. According to an announcement made this morning, Cuomo has acknowledged the investigation against him though maintains that such is politically motivated. New York is poised to have its first ever female Governor once Kathy Hochul is sworn in later this month.
