Zachary Horowitz a little known actor is the latest Hollywood face (of sorts) to be busted in a weird scheme to hit Hollywood. According to the New York Post, Horowitz apparently used names like HBO; Netflix, and others to bilk more than $220m out of investors under false claims that he had licensing deals with them .
Screenwriters in Los Angeles are almost inevitably waking up this morning with their pens ready. The Los Angeles Times reports that he also apparently falsely claimed to have distributed films in everywhere from Africa to South America all of which never happened.
