A new law that likely won’t stick has been passed in the controversial state of Utah. According to state officials, a new law is on the books that now requires new Dads’ to pony up half of the cost of pregnancy. Officials apparently want to ease the burden of pregnancy on women especially financially. Though critics of the law have already pointed out that this likely will backfire when it comes to those in violent situations at home.
The bill applies to pre pregnancy costs and from what is understood insurance premiums.
