Republicans nationwide are introducing efforts to suppress voting rights because they can’t win without cheating

Jim Crow 2.0 remains underway in the United States and if the Biden Administration doesn’t step in more than 55 states are set to rollback significant voting rights nationwide. According to The Huffington Post, more than 47 states have reportedly had Republican led bills to suppress voting rights advance in legislatures.

This is bad news for America because that means that primarily these bills are designed to close up shop and limit voting rights mostly in non-white neighborhoods. Keeping true to the idea that Black people and such don’t always vote Republican, the GOP has long aimed to prevent minorities from voting because they aren’t voting for them.

As a result of the efforts, Democrats in the House and Senate have countered with efforts that would trump Republican efforts and expand voting rights even further.
