Jenny Cudd — one of the many faces of the Capitol terrorist attack — will now be a face of terrorism living it up in Mexico. This week a federal judge ruled in her favour (that despite being indicted over the Capitol attacks) that she be allowed to travel to Mexico on what she says is a “work related bonding trip.”

US District Judge Trevor McFadden granted the request although that request garnered almost immediate backlash. Though Cudd has no reported criminal history, she in fact is facing upwards of 5 charges including various felonies related to the act itself.

Many are comparing the fact that had she been Black or a minority, the request likely would have been ignored and she would’ve been deemed a flight risk.
