Pop tart Dua Lipa is splashing her way through headlines once again. In the February issue for British Vogue, the pop diva appears to be toying with a new look as she appears with a blone wig. It comes as she has refused to openly discuss her relationship with Anwar Hadid, the brother of Gigi and Bella Hadid.
