Report: After your COVID-19 vaccination, you’ll get this vaccination card

As more news regarding the COVID-19 vaccine continues to emerge, CNN has obtained photographs of what is being called the vaccination card (otherwise proof you’ve got it in the first place.) The card is pretty straight forward and notes that people should keep it on hand at all times.

The images surfaced from the Department of Defense which also struck confusion online considering it should’ve probably came from Health & Human Services.
