Report: After your COVID-19 vaccination, you’ll get this vaccination card
A Department of Health and Human Services employee holds a COVID-19 vaccine record card Nov. 13, 2020, in Washington D.C. The cards will be sent out as part of vaccination kits from Operation Warp Speed, which is an effort by several U.S. government components and public partnerships to facilitate the development, manufacturing and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostics. As more news regarding the COVID-19 vaccine continues to emerge, CNN has obtained photographs of what is being called the vaccination card (otherwise proof you’ve got it in the first place.) The card is pretty straight forward and notes that people should keep it on hand at all times.
The images surfaced from the Department of Defense which also struck confusion online considering it should’ve probably came from Health & Human Services.
