Barbara Kogan, the woman infamously known as the Black Widow, has been released on parole following 12 years in prison. For those that don’t know, Kogan was infamously charged for the 1990 murder of her wealthy husband on an Upper East Side sidewalk. Incredibly, Kogan seemingly had the perfect life except for the fact that her husband was apparently cheating and that was what led to the shocking murder.
Kogan was released from Bedford Hills and was back in Manhattan almost within 24 hours. According to correction officials, she has checked in with her parole officer.
