In an announcement that has some scratching their hands, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is apparently set to receive and be bestowed the honor of an international Emmy. According to reports, the Emmy apparently comes from Cuomo ‘s so called Coronavirus press briefings (some of which have been the subject of intense and very valid criticism.)
