Big news in the fight against USPS ‘s gross criminal negligence. According to reports, the judge that initially ordered the USPS to sweep their facilities or else has since been told that the USPS did not abide by those orders. US District Court Judge (whom is a federal judge by the way) has since ordered that Louis DeJoy and (“everyone up the food chain”) better be prepared to be deposed.

Sullivan had initially made the order after discovering that mail-in ballots had been kept in facilities despite having supposed to have been sent out to election facilities.

There were certain facilities that had upwards of 8000 or more ballots that had been found at the time of polls closing and beyond (and there were likely more according to reports.) The USPS has been blamed for holding them intentionally and may face criminal charges.
