SEATTLE WASHINGTON —- Troubling declarations in the Pacific Northwest. According to local news reports, the unidentified patients (in their 60’s), recently discovered that they had gotten the virus a second time. It is only the third known time in the world that the virus is know to have re-infected the same person twice.

The instance reportedly occurred at the Swedish Medical Centre in Seattle —- who is currently maintaining care for the patient. Recently, while living in an unidentified care facility, the patient developed what officials are calling mildly severe symptoms.

Most of the reported cases are more mild the second time around,” said Dr. Jason Goldman, head of the COVID Research Team at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle. “So even if the immune system has failed to prevent a second infection, it does seem to be limiting the severity the second time around.”
