In response to the growing controversy over the death of Daniel Prude (which actually by all accounts appears to be a murder) Letitia James has announced a huge move in the case. According to the AG ‘s office, a grand jury is reportedly coming in the case of Mr. Prude.
The Prude family and the Rochester community have been through great pain and anguish,” Attorney General Letitia James said in a statement of Prude’s death according to the Associated Press.
