If you’re in New York City right now you’re probably among those experiencing the scandalous heat wave/humidity that has wreaked hell on the borough for a while now. As a result of that heat wave, officials and Con Edison are warning residents of the following neighbourhoods of the almost expected power outage on the horizon.
- Sunset Park
- Bay Ridge
- Fort Hamilton
- Greenwood
- South Park Slope
The heat wave appears to be causing major problems for Con Edison who has actually been sending text message warnings for days. Residents have been asked to attempt to the best of their ability to conserve home energy.
