Harry and Meghan ‘s attempt to trademark “Archewell” for an upcoming non-profit organisation has failed. According to the New York Post, a host of issues caused the couple to receive a non-final action in their quest to set something up.

Reports show that the file may not have been fully paid for; definitely wasn’t entirely filled out, signed, and lacked important information. The couple now has a reported final deadline of 22 August to satisfy the requirements if they hope to make this happen.
