Despite Trump ‘s push to peddle his latest conspiracy theory, there’s one DOJ official that reportedly doesn’t see any kind of criminal investigatioon being lodged against Obama or Biden.
According to media reports published on Monday, the Attorney General doesn’t see fit to lodge such a criminal investigation likely setting up a bizarre showdown with Donald Trump.
While Barr doesn’t see criminal investigations being brought there may be charges brought against other Obama Admin officials. Bill confirmed that Connecticut ‘s US Attorney John Durham is indeed treating some of the aspects of the proposed “Obamagate” scandal as potential crimes.
“As to President Obama and Vice President Biden, whatever their level of involvement, based on the information I have today, I don’t expect Mr. Durham’s work will lead to a criminal investigation of either man,” he continued.
