Because well the world of course needs as many despots as it can get *sarcasm*. On Saturday, it emerged that this week finally saw the emergence of Kim Jong Un after weeks of not being seen at all. And in this appearance — Kim Jong Un noticeably had signs of a cardiovascular procedure on his persons.
The internet, however, wasted no time in getting in on the laughs.
It is still unknown whether or not the photographs of Kim are actually authentic. Korean officials maintain that they’re real, however, nobody can fully trust the North Korean government.
